What We Do With The Information We Gather

We require certain information so that you can access the template packages you have purchased and we can fulfil our obligations under the subscription terms.

As part of your subscription, you are notified about changes to templates, general news and information about HR, GDPR and Health & Safety (depending on what template packages you have purchased). We will therefore email you with this information to the email address used during subscription.

All the personal data we collect is kept on the Professional Templates website. Your email address will also be uploaded to our mailing software (Mailchimp) to allow us to communicate changes or news items.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Only named development companies and selected staff have access to any area of our online platform that holds personal data.
